The Emergency Floors at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust offer an extensive programme of development opportunities open to all.  We are building an Inter-professional Faculty of Urgent and Emergency Medicine expert educators and facilitators include our College Tutor, Education Fellow, Education and Clinical Supervisors, Practice Development Team, Nurse Consultants, Lead Nurse for Trauma and Resuscitation, and our 11 trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioners.  Our ethos is we are all learners and we are all teachers.
