Compliments, concerns or complaints
The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) provide a point of contact for patients, their families and their carers to offer feedback or ask questions about our services. You can pay a compliment, provide feedback about your care or ask for help if you have any queries or concerns. If you need to make a complaint they will put you in touch with the complaints team.

If you have a story to tell about your experience of using our services, we’d like to hear from you. Your feedback will help us to understand our patient and carers’ experience of healthcare. This survey is offered to in-patients during their stay with us to tell us about their experience. If you did not complete the survey during your stay in hospital, or would like to complete the survey on behalf of a family member, please use the link below. The survey is anonymous.
