We are committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive organisation, and ensuring that we harness the talents of all our staff.
One of the ways we support this is through the development of specific staff networks that contribute to addressing and solving problems for all under-represented and disadvantaged groups and individuals within our organisation.
We currently have four staff networks:
- Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic (BAME) network
- Disability staff network (including a dyslexia champion sub-group)
- Women’s network (including Menopause sub-group)
These networks provide a safe space for our colleagues to come together, have a voice, share experiences, facilitate learning and development, and support to influence change. Networks assist in the shaping and delivery of our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy, working with the EDI and Staff Experience team to improve staff experience on specific issues.
